What Shipping Methods are Available?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO address.

Returns And Exchanges

All purchases may only be returned to address within the 14 days of original date of purchase. Please contact our customer services for return policy information. Item must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry (excluding earrings and body piercings) must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Your package includes an order invoice, return form, customs documents (if applicable), and a pre-printed merchandise return label.

Return Form

1. On your Return Form, check off the items you wish to return and list the return reason codes.
2.Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).
3.Place the pre-printed Return Label on the outside of your package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).
